Free (as in speech) Internet, or Minitel 2.0 ?
This is a (french) conference of Benjamin Bayart at the 8th Libre Software Meeting, in Amiens, July 13th 2007.
This conference make a similarity matching (in a political, economical and technical point of view) between "old style" network, such as the french Minitel, and Internet. Thierry Stœhr, who organized this theme at the meeting, made an abstract of this conference (fr) in his blog. (a little bit too laudative, but more complete)
